3 questions:
What aspects of this research agenda are you most excited about?
I’m super excited that we’re bringing all these important insights from behavioral science to generate innovative solutions to these complex, human-centered problems in organizations that are ultimately about behavioral change.
Of all the work you have done, what project / paper is your personal favourite and why?
I might be biased but I really love my dissertation! It integrates the two things I am most interested in – nudges and behavioral change, and equity diversity and inclusion. Plus, I like that it’s a concrete solution and intervention that can be a practical take away.
Which is the one paper or book that you wish you had written (but have not)?
There are a lot since I am just starting my academic career! I hope to write them all.
